How to Use the Arsenal Seated Shoulder Press

Hey guys, I’m going to show you how to use our Arsenal seated shoulder press. The first thing you’re going to want to adjust is the pad right here. If you have bad shoulders, I would keep it all the way back. If you don’t have shoulder issues, push it forward. Next, we’re going to want to adjust our seat. The nice thing about this shoulder press is these handles are knurled. So, you either have here or you can do a wider grip. And if these are too low, pull this handle up and it pops up so you’re not as not as deep.
