This is the Nautilus plate loaded hack squat. To set up your weight, you’ll put it on these bars back here. And then you’ll set up in the machine.
Get your back flat against the pad. Shoulders resting up on these pads. Feet on the platform. Step up. Pull these levers in towards you. Squat, down and back up.
To rack the weight, you’ll just move these levers out, gently set it into place, and stand up.
