This is the Arsenal donkey raise. There are two different adjustments you can make on this machine.
So the first one will be up here. So the height of the back pad, you pull this lever and you can adjust it to be lower or higher. You can also adjust where the platform is for your feet. Pull this lever. You can move it back or forward. When you adjust the weight, you use the pins to choose your weight.
When you set up in the machine, it’s really important that you make sure your hips are even and flat against the pad. Grab onto the handles here. Set your feet up on the platform and then it’s a calf raise.
So, we want full range of motion all the way up. Allow heels to travel towards the floor and back up.
