This is the Nautilus leg extension! There are three different levers you can adjust before starting the movement.
First, you can adjust this back pad to make the seat back closer to the front or further away. You’ll just push this lever in and either pull or push the seat pad back or forward. You can also adjust where the ankle pad sits. So, you’ll pull this and you can either move it to start out further in front or further back to get more stretch in your quad.
You can also adjust the height of the ankle pad. You’ll pull this red lever and then either push or pull this red one up or down. You’ll select your weight pushing the pin into place. Pull on the handles and then all the way up and down.
