So this is our pendulum vertical chest press. You have the adjuster for the range of motion here, so if you have a bad shoulder, don’t put it on six. You want to make sure the other side’s adjusted as well. So you pull, lift, and lock it, and then you can also adjust the seat based on your height. You kind of tilt it and lift it and you’ll feel it lock. And you’ll sit in and push out.
