Hey guys, it’s Haley with The Bar. I’m going to show you guys how to use the pendulum reverse glute ham today. First thing you want to do is put some plates on. Put on this one or that one or both. You’re going to hop up in here. You want to use the belt so you don’t go flying backwards when you’re performing the machine. I like to let it a little loose so it doesn’t dig into my pelvic bone. And then we’re going to press the machine down like this. Your safety is right here. Flip it. You’re going to come straight back, back, back, back. And then you’re going to press straight down, squeezing the glutes down at the bottom. All the way back and squeezing the boot glutes at the bottom. [Applause] And then to reck it, you press this all the way down. Your safety’s right here and you’re in. That’s the reverse glute ham.
