This is the Arsenal seated calf raise machine. You’ll load up the plates here for the weight. Again, two levers of adjustment so you can adjust the knee height pad. You can also adjust the placement of where your feet will be. Don’t pinch yourself like I almost did. Set your feet up. From here, you’ll push up. Move this lever out all the way down and up. And then to re-rack it, just move this lever back in place.
