This is the gluteator. To load up your weight, you’ll load it back here. When you get in the machine, you can place your feet either on this platform or this one. And then you’ll want to make sure you pull this lever. Move the pads close to each other so your feet start closer together. Always buckle up. Grab the handles. Push through your heels and drive out. You should feel iti n your upper glutes here.
