Hey guys! This is our pendulum seated squat pro that I’m going to show you how to use today. So the first thing that you’re going to check — all the pendulum pieces have this range of motion. Number one is going to be your deepest range of motion. Number six, least
range of motion. I always like to make sure that this is on a one, I like full range of motion.
The next thing about this — this is a really unique piece. You can either do single leg or you can do together. Follow me, so right now this is on Single Leg — so up means single leg; down means both legs. We’re going to do single legs today, so I’m going to make sure that’s up. Load some weight. Since I’m doing single leg, I’m going to need weight on both heads.
Next, we’re going to get in. So change your seat. You’re going to press in right here. I like to do a four, just like the hip press. Then you’re going to put your legs up, and remember we’re doing single leg
stuff, so I’m going to press forward. Unrack. And for this you’re going to feel the weight when it’s coming back on you, not when you’re pressing forward. So my quad is loaded and then to rack. Say I wanted to do both legs…push that bad boy down, now we got both
legs.
