Hey guys! This is our pendulum power squat pro. So this is going to be the closest thing that you’re going to feel like you’re squatting a barbell. So as you can see, this is a little high for me right now. You have these two black blocks right here. Right now, it sets a tall
person you’re just going to flip these for a short person.
Next, you’re going to stand in — go straight up. You’re going to pull these handles, push in, that means you’re ready to squat. I normally like to do about shoulder width apart and just going to bend at the
knees and straight down.
The last thing — you have these three tiers. Depending on how you load these tiers is how you’re going to feel your squat. So if you want more hamstring, you’re going to do your bottom tier. If you want more of a front squat, you’re going to do your top tier. Normal, mid.
