Hey guys! I’m going to show you how to use the Nautilus glute drive. So first thing we’re going to want to do is put some weight on it. For this, it won’t matter if the sides are equal because it all is connected into one.
Next, you’re going to need the seat belt — tighten the seat belt. We’re going to hold on to these handles and the first thing you’re going to do is you’re going to drive up with your hips.
Then you’re going to push these forward and at the top you want to squeeze your glutes. And then to rack it, pull this backwards.
