Hey guys! I’m going to show you a few different ways to use the Arsenal multilex so that you can actually do over 30 exercises with this. I’m going to show you all the moving parts — so a few
of my favorite things I like to do on this is shrugs split squats and bent over rows.
So all the moving parts here — we have these swivel handles. Then you also have these handles, so these spin all the way around. You also have this pad which is a split squat pad, so this moves all the way up or in increments as well. And then you also have all of these moved so you can keep it all the way up or it can go all the way down. So for
this if you don’t have it at an angle it’s not going to come down that easy. You’re going to want to do it one hole at a time so it’s a little bit easier. If you just pick it up that’s all the way down. We’ll do this side, take the tension off then it’s all the way down as well. So a few movements we do, bent over rows or shrugs you can put this bad boy up. We do some split squats…really whatever you’d like.
