The busy professional needs a workout option that is flexible with their schedule and can be realistically implemented.
When you find [and do] a form of exercise that meets your needs, you can both see and feel the results.
With the Pace and Milton growing so quickly, their should be somewhere for the busy mom who wants a great workout.
We absolutely understand how challenging it can be to make time to exercise. Between work and family, finding time to exercise can be seemingly impossible. That's why we're so excited to see "normal people" walk into our gym... because just finding the time to walk through the door shows they are serious about taking time to workout. And that's something we support!
With the understanding that having "time" is often the greatest obstacle, we've intentionally made our gym available 24/7. And to help our members know how to actually use our equipment, we regularly post how-to videos on our Facebook account. Below is some of the equipment we make available, along with a functional training area and 40 pieces of plate and machine loaded equipment.
Equipment: Crossfit Rig, Recumbent Bikes (x2), Hit Rowers (x2), Treadmills (x5), Stairmasters (x2), Jacobs Ladder, Ellipticals (x4), Rogue Echo Bike, Assault Bikes (x2), Incline Bench, Decline Bench, Dumbbells (up to 150), 50 Foot Long Turf, Flip Sled
The best way to make sure we're a good fit is to come check us out. Come meet us, check out the gym, and see what you think!
If you feel great about your first experience, and want to make it a regular part of your life, we'd love to have you join. Choose a membership plan that works for you!
Getting physically fit, and staying that way, relies on consistency. As a member you're able to come in any time of day [or night] that makes sense for you.
Experience the benefits of consistent exercise, with a focus on decreasing stress, improving mood, and increasing energy. We can't wait to help you achieve your goals!
No worries! Fill out the form below and someone from our sister company

This gym is an open, friendly, SERIOUS gym and I love it. The space is SMART and allows for walking with weights or walking lunges. Lat Pull Down machine has bars that most gyms, like PF, don't have. Plenty of safe parking and it's great to be able to run in to grab something from the grocery store after a workout. Kathy and Brian are SUPER.
Been a member for a while now. I enjoy lifting here. Been a member of many gyms over the years and the Bar is one of the best. The new location is awesome, equipment is first rate and well maintained. The atmosphere is friendly and encouraging.
Locally owned and operated! The Bar is a very supporting space where I feel safe working out. All levels are fitness are made to feel welcome. I actually look forward to my 4 visits per week.
This is a great gym! It’s very quiet, not to crowded, and in a good location! Kathy was super friendly and the sign up process was quick and easy! Their membership is very affordable also! Highly recommend!
It's a great gym with all the equipment any powerlifter could ever need. Family friendly, my daughter decided she wanted to start powerlifting after watching me compete a couple of times and they welcomed her with open arms and let her train with me.
The new gym that opened is amazing and the trainers they have there are like no other. I would recommend this gym over any others I've used throughout the years.
Best gym in town hands down. If you want to get serious about your health and are tired of commercial gym atmospheres then do yourself a favor and check out The Bar. I got started in powerlifting back in August of last year and I'm hooked. I even got my 9 year old daughter hooked. So much so that we competed in our first powerlifting competition, Bending the Bar, back in February.
This gym is incredible. I go with my Autistic son and everyone is so warm and friendly. They have an incredible group of power lifters. Brian, Kathy, and Matt are all super helpful. So glad we found a gym where people are encouraging and non judgmental.
