This is the Nautilus seated leg curl. Again, there are four different adjustments you can make before starting in the machine.
You can start with the back pad. You’ll push this lever in and you can either push the seat back forward or pull it backwards depending on how you want it set up.
You’ll want to adjust the height of the knee pad. So, you’ll want it to start up tall as you get in the machine. And then for this ankle pad, you can use these two levers to adjust where it is. This top one adjusts how high it is.
So, how much of a stretch you have in those hamstrings. And then this bottom one adjusts where in relation that seat pad sits on your ankles.
First, you want to select the weight before setting up, which you use here. And you move the pins over. Set your ankles up on the pad. Pull this red lever to adjust the knee pad to hit snug against your thighs.
And then think of driving your ankles down towards your glutes. And then when you’re done, go pull this red lever, push the knee pad up, and you get out.
