All right. This is the Bootybuilder standing hip thrust. You’ll load up the plates down here to set up in the machine.
You’ll put your feet on the platform here. And then you’ll move pull this button here. Bring the lever all the way down. You’ll want to adjust it to where the pad sits on mid to upper thigh. Make sure both levers lock into place. Rest your calves all the way up against this pad. Grab onto the bars in front of you. And then you’re just going to stand up straight.
So stand up straight. Hinge all the way back. Stand up straight. It’s really important that you look at this as a hinge where your hips travel back versus moving your hips up and down to really target your glutes.
