This is the Arsenal Smith machine. This machine can be used for a multitude of different exercises.
Today, I’m going to show you how to do just a standard incline press. So, you’ll set up in the machine. You’ll load your weight on the two sides like you would a traditional barbell. And then you press up. You want to roll forward so that it unhooks from the rack. Push up.
You can also use this machine for things like squats, RDL’s, rows. The world is your oyster with the Arsenal tip machine!
