How to Use the Arsenal Abduction / Adduction Machine

This is the Arsenal ab and adduction machine. First, you’ll want to select a weight. You use the pin here to choose your weight. If you’re wanting to do abduction, you’ll start with the pads closer together and the foot platform next to one another so that you push out. You’ll get set up. Put your feet on the platforms. Again, this is abduction, so I’m trying to target my outer glutes. And I drive my legs out.

Now, if I want to set up for adduction to target my adductors or my inner thighs, I’ll turn the pads in towards one another. Pull this lever and then move the pads out. Set up so the pads are on the inside of my leg. And then from here, I’ll try bringing my knees together.
